Chair is missing a nut on the foot / ottoman portion and thus ottoman portion tilts to the side while in operation. Leather is also peeling near the seat, as shown in photos. We are not experts but we tried the chair and it moved through a whole massage cycle from the head to upper back, lower back, ankles, calves etc.
