The one year In-Home warranty covers all parts and labor. Years 1-2 cover the parts only. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. For remote and island addresses the warranty is for parts only. Hawaii and Puerto Rico will only have a parts warranty. There are no In-Home Service Technicians for Osaki in these remote locations. Chairs are packed for shipping and require only very minor assembly.
